Taste the pasimata, spelt soup, infarinata, the frittata di vezzadri, potato bread and many other typical dishes.
Numerous festivities throughout the Garfagnana celebrate chestnuts. These are the perfect occasions to taste unique desserts such as Castagnaccio, Torta di Neccio and Necci with ricotta.
