Il Pineto Adventure Park
Seven paths suspended in the trees, a stone’s throw from the sea
Il Pineto Adventure Park is located in the pine forest behind the town of Marina di Pisa, a stone’s throw from the sea and within the Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli Regional Park.
The Adventure Park covers 49.4 acres (20 hectares) of pine forest open to the public, where you can stroll, eat and rest in the well-equipped areas, enjoy stimulating activities and venture on acrobatic courses suspended among dizzyingly high pine trees.
There are even seven courses suspended in the trees with various levels of difficulty, suitable for both children and adults. Don’t miss sport climbing a 49-foot (15-meter) tree and testing the longest zip line on the Tuscan coast.
Safety on the suspended paths is thanks to a continuous steel lifeline, from which it is impossible to disengage. A brief but thorough training session is provided before entering the trails to help those embarking on this unique experience.
Inside the park is a picnic area with tables, a green area to relax and even a rest stop.
