On July 5, Palazzuolo sul Senio hosts the return of the Sagra del Tortello, a culinary event dedicated to the flavors of local tradition.
The event features hand-made tortelli pasta: the classic potato tortello, rich, hearty and served with meat sauce, and the tortello with ricotta and spinach, seasoned with butter and sage.
Food stands will offer visitors a chance to sample typical local dishes during a day dedicated to good food, social gathering and an Apennine atmosphere.
In the evening, a show is also planned, to entertain the audience and bring the celebration to an end.
