Staying at Casa del Fattore means immersing yourself in this remarkable landscape every day while discovering a working estate that has preserved and enhanced its land through generations of organic farming. Seasonal fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, wine, honey, pasta, preserves and many other estate organic products reflect the genuine connection between the land and the table, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy ingredients of exceptional freshness and quality.
Guests wishing to explore Tuscan gastronomy in greater depth may also request assistance with booking culinary experiences organised by independent local providers, including cooking classes held in the surrounding area of the estate.

The cooking classes are not held at Casa del Fattore. Instead, they take place at carefully selected cooking schools, country estates and working farms in the surroundings of the Tenuta di Camugliano.
Many of the organic products that guests can enjoy or purchase during their stay at Tenuta di Camugliano—including extra virgin olive oil, wine, honey, vegetables, pasta and other estate organic products—are among the finest ingredients of traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Local chefs share family recipes, traditional methods and culinary customs handed down through generations, offering guests an authentic introduction to the gastronomic culture of the region.
A Stay Tailored to Your Wishes
The daily rate from €90 applies exclusively to accommodation in the two-bedroom apartment (up to four guests) and includes only the services listed under "Included Services."
Between one moment of relaxation and the next, the Tenuta di Camugliano offers countless opportunities to slow down: stroll along its historic avenues, spend peaceful afternoons by the swimming pool surrounded by nature, or enjoy tastings of the estate's own organic products.
The charming villages of Peccioli, Terricciola, Palaia, Lari and San Gimignano are all within easy reach, as are the historic cities of Volterra, Pisa, Lucca and Florence, making Casa del Fattore the perfect base from which to explore Tuscany.

Prices include
- Bed linen and towels.
- Electricity consumption (up to 100 kWh per week, including the use of the air conditioning system with four heating/cooling fan coil units), water and hot water.
- Outdoor parking space.
- Final cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more).
- Welcome basket with products from the estate, including wine, legumes, flour, pasta and vegetables from the kitchen garden.
- Assistance with booking requests for cooking class experiences provided by an authorised independent local operator, subject to availability.
- Final cleaning: For stays of fewer than 7 nights, a final cleaning fee of €100 applies.
Supplemental charges
Participation in cooking classes is not included in the accommodation price.
All cooking classes are organised and delivered exclusively by authorised independent local providers and operate independently from Casa del Fattore.
The contract for the cooking experience is concluded directly between the participant and the activity provider, who is solely responsible for availability, programme, operating requirements, possible restrictions and the terms under which the experience is delivered.
Casa del Fattore provides booking assistance only and does not act as the organiser or provider of the cooking experiences.
Transport to the meeting point for the experience, located in the Terre di Pisa area, is not included and must be arranged independently by guests.
Any additional services booked directly with the activity provider are not included in the accommodation price.

1. Tuscan Cooking Class with Breakfast and LunchWednesday from 9:00 a.m.
Enjoy a hands-on cooking class dedicated to traditional Tuscan specialities in an elegant 19th-century villa, where history and nature come together.
The day begins with a generous continental breakfast buffet featuring regional products, including sweet and savoury options as well as gluten-free and vegan choices.
Cooking is carried out together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The class lasts approximately three to four hours, depending on the pace of the group. Afterwards, participants enjoy a delicious lunch featuring the dishes they have prepared.

Programme
- 9:00 a.m. – Continental breakfast buffet in the restaurant.
- Around 10:30 a.m. – The chef demonstrates each recipe step by step before guiding participants throughout the cooking session with practical advice and individual support.
- Throughout the class, refreshments and light snacks are served. At the end of the experience, participants receive a certificate of attendance and enjoy the meal they have prepared together.
