In the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by an authentic agricultural landscape perfect for exploring by bike, you will be welcomed by the charm of Tuscan tradition at the Casa del Fattore.

Included in your stay are a secure bicycle garage with a locked storage area, dedicated bike racks, an e-bike charging point, and a laundry room for washing and drying sports clothing – all included in the price.

The accommodation we offer consists of two- or three-bedroom units in a carefully restored farmhouse, equipped with all modern comforts. Outside, you will enjoy a private garden with pergola, dining area, barbecue, and swimming pool – an ideal place to relax after a day in the saddle, immersed in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside.

Prices include

Bed linen + towels (weekly change), electricity costs (up to 100 Kw per week, including air conditioning with 4 fan coils, hot and cold), water, hot water, outdoor parking space, final cleaning. Welcome basket with products from our own production (wine, legumes, flour, pasta and vegetables from the vegetable garden). Baby cot and high chair: free of charge on request (up to 3 years).
