Pedal through the city at your own pace, following the bends of the Arno, crossing squares that have witnessed centuries of history, and discovering street art, medieval alleys and riverside palaces that most visitors never get to see. Once the tour is booked, you can come to our rental point to collect the bikes, so you can start with our virtual guide, which will accompany you step by step.
On the day of the tour: arrive at our e-bike rental in Pisa for bike handover and a short briefing on controls, assistance levels and safety.
Start: a city loop of about 14 km in central Pisa, with almost no elevation gain — ideal to see the highlights in a short time.
Route: ride along the Lungarni and through the historic centre, with cycle-friendly sections and frequent crossings.
Pace and stops: a smooth ride to take at an easy pace (about 45–60 minutes riding time, depending on traffic and stops), with time for photos at the most iconic spots, including Piazza dei Miracoli and the city's hidden corners.
Useful note: this is a tour best enjoyed at a steady pace, ideal for a day out without rushing. On the quieter and less serviced sections, it is a good idea to start with water, a snack and a fully charged phone so you can enjoy the ride with complete peace of mind. and no-show policies
Free cancellation: you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
Late cancellations: for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
Date changes: date changes are not possible. If needed, you must cancel according to the terms above and make a new booking (subject to availability and current prices).
Extras: bookings for extras (bike and accessory rental, tastings, light lunch, other services) follow the same rules as the tour: full refund up to 24 hours before; within 24 hours of the start time or in case of no-show, the full amount is forfeited.
Weather and trail conditions: in case of bad weather or unsafe conditions (alerts, closures, restrictions), the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons. In these cases, a refund will be issued according to the rules above; any services already started/provided are non-refundable.
How to cancel: cancellation must be requested via the channel indicated in the booking confirmation (email/WhatsApp/phone). The time the request is received is the one that counts.
