Legendary place of international music of Versilia restored to new splendor

Bathed by the Ligurian Sea and lapped by a beach of fine golden sand, the well-known seaside resort of Lido di Camaiore is not only a pleasant destination for relaxing holidays and nightlife by the sea, it's also a point of reference for the international music scene. Until the nineties, the Bussoladomani stage, formerly known as La Bussola, was the setting for musical performances by famous artists from all over the world; from Joe Cocker to Renato Zero, even the spectacular voice of Mina performed under the awning of the Bussoladomani. In 1978, she regaled the audience with sublime notes, announcing that this would be her last performance.

For many years, the structure went from its ancient glories to a state of decay. Recently, extensive recovery work was undertaken by the municipality of Camaiore on the old awning founded by Sergio Bernardini in 1976, returning the redeveloped area to the citizens and transforming into an urban park of 75,000 square meters with an important environmental heritage that houses an arena capable of hosting more than 30,000 spectators.

Divided into various areas, the park also houses the "Fattorie" complex, historic farmhouses of a former agricultural estate.

This is its second life and it's packed full of events, concerts and cinema under the stars in a series of events that further enhances and animates Lido di Camaiore, offering yet another reason to enjoy fun times in lively Versilia.
