The Via Francigena from Lucca to Radicofani
The Tuscany you didn’t expect pedaling on roads rich in traditions and history
Discovering Tuscany, one pedal stroke at a time. An active, immersive ride, fun and immersive — where the joy of movement meets the real flavours of the land and experiences you’ll want to share with everyone you know.
We start from Lucca and ride to Radicofani, following the ancient route of the Via Francigena: a historic road, largely on white gravel roads and trails through open countryside, connecting small villages and medieval towns rich in art, tradition, and history. Along the way, gentle hills, rows of vines, and silent parish churches that tell the stories of travelers and pilgrims.
Every day will be different from the last: views that open up suddenly after a bend, sun-baked piazzas to take a break in, villages where time is still measured in seasons. A journey to ride with energy and curiosity, letting each stage surprise you.
