Evening hike in the heart of the Empolese countryside
Botinaccio is a small hamlet in the municipality of Montespertoli but is very close to the Empoli part of the town. It is also known as the location where the private archives of the da Vinci family were traced.
Grandiose rural vistas await us in the shadow of the historic Convent of Our Lady of Peace built in the 1500s on land owned by the Frescobaldi family, a beautiful sunset, a rejuvenating walk immersed in the countryside and the Turbone stream to appreciate the sounds of the woods and the magic of a summer evening lit by the stars and our flashlights.
The tour will take place on Saturday, July 8, starting at 6 p.m.
