Hot air balloon flight: a magical experience among the clouds
Flight at sunrise over Chianti or Maremma, among vineyards, villages, and silence
At dawn, while the rest of the world is still asleep, a hot air balloon slowly fills with air and the sky begins to lighten.
It's the start of one of the most silent experiences Tuscany has to offer: an hour of flight suspended between earth and sky, with the landscape drifting below — unhurried.
Vineyards, medieval villages, Mediterranean scrubland, and the distant outline of the sea — seen from a vantage point that simply doesn't exist at ground level.
Without the noise of the engines, you will be lulled only by the breath of the wind and the golden morning light.
Once on board, the flight area will vary depending on the type of experience you choose: you can soar over the most authentic Maremma, touching on the areas of Magliano in Toscana, Massa Marittima, and the famous vineyards of Bolgheri in the case of a private flight.
For those who prefer a shared flight, the itinerary will move through the rolling hills of Chianti, flying over the surroundings of Bargino.

Plan
The journey begins at dawn. You arrive at the launch site to find the crew already at work, the quiet roar of the balloon inflating as the sky slowly begins to lighten. As the balloon slowly takes shape over twenty minutes or so, you realise this won't be your ordinary Tuscan morning.
Then you climb aboard and the ground falls away. The flight is silent — no engines, just the wind moving the balloon and the morning light shifting as you rise. Below you see the landscape open up: vineyards, villages, Mediterranean scrubland and the distant outline of the sea. A view simply impossible to find from the ground.
The flight area depends on the version you choose: the Maremma between Magliano in Toscana, Massa Marittima, and Bolgheri for the private flight; the Chianti around Bargino for the shared flight. Different landscapes, same silence.
On landing, the crew welcomes you with a toast and a light breakfast. It’s a ballooning tradition: you celebrate the return to earth.
