Once the tour is booked, you can come to our rental point to collect the bikes. You will be welcomed by a specialized instructor who will provide an informative briefing on the bike, the route, and in particular on how our app works. The aim is to ensure you start off in complete safety, with our virtual guide supporting you step by step.

This is a scenic loop tour starting from San Gimignano, along white gravel roads, vineyards, and rows of olive trees, with continuous views of the famous medieval towers. The route is 26 km with 500 m of elevation gain. It is smooth and free of technical sections: ideal by e-bike and suitable for riders of all levels, requiring only a minimum of confidence on dirt roads and a few short climbs.

Along the itinerary, there is a stop at Fattoria Poggio Alloro, a farm with a spectacular view over San Gimignano, where you can stop for a snack or end the tour with a wine tasting and a cellar visit.

Founded as a medieval village along the Via Francigena, San Gimignano is famous for its towers: in the 14th century there were more than 70, while today 14 remain—earning it UNESCO recognition as an outstanding example of a well-preserved walled town.

and no-show policies

Free cancellation: you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
Late cancellations: for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
Date changes: date changes are not possible. If needed, you must cancel according to the terms above and make a new booking (subject to availability and current prices).
Extras: bookings for extras (bike and accessory rental, tastings, light lunch, other services) follow the same rules as the tour: full refund up to 24 hours before; within 24 hours of the start time or in case of no-show, the full amount is forfeited.
Weather and trail conditions: in case of bad weather or unsafe conditions (alerts, closures, restrictions), the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons. In these cases, a refund will be issued according to the rules above; any services already started/provided are non-refundable.
How to cancel: cancellation must be requested via the channel indicated in the booking confirmation (email/WhatsApp/phone). The time the request is received is the one that counts.
