Flavors and traditions in Montespertoli
On June 13, 14, 20 and 21 the Sagra del Tartufo Scorzone Toscano will be held in Montespertoli.
The event is an important opportunity to promote the Tuscan truffle and local culinary traditions.
The menu features a wide selection of Tuscan specialties made with summer scorzone truffle, including the truffle hunters appetizer, truffle tagliolini pasta and crêpes, summer truffle tagliata (sliced beef) and beef tartare aromatized with truffle. Traditional desserts complete the experience.
Food stands will be set up in the Montespertoli Urban Park, at 46 Via Volterrana Nord, and will be open every evening for dinner starting at 7.30 pm; on Sunday, lunch will also be available from 12 noon.
