From June 27 to July 26, the Grottesco in Palazzo Ducale is hosting Radici di Seta (Silk Roots), a solo exhibition by photographer Serena Rossi.
The event paves a path that traces the evolution of the protagonist’s artistic research, focusing on the dialog between the female figure and nature.
2 universes that share strength and fragility, represented through images that evoke the delicacy of silk and the tenacity of roots, symbols of the ability to face difficulties and transform yourself without losing your identity.
A significant part of the project is comprised of the Retouché works, photographs enriched by the application of gold, an element that becomes a metaphor for rebirth and regeneration.
The exhibition then ties in with the territory of Massa, observed through the artist’s gaze and interpreted through creatively blurred shots that transform landscapes and details into visions suspended between reality and abstraction.
The exhibition is open from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Admission is free.
