You will participate in a magical 8-day tour of the Lucca area, to explore the life, works and times of Giacomo Puccini, along with other cultural experiences.
Located along the Via Francigena, an ancient pilgrimage route, Villa Michaela (a structure dating back to the 15th century) is ready to welcome you for the duration of your stay.

Tour of Lucca's antiques market and lunch
- Day 3
Guided tour of Puccini's house in Torre di Lago. Lunch in Pietrasanta. Private concert in the chapel of the villa and dinner
- Day 4
Guided tour of Lucca and Puccini's birthplace with lunch. Puccini recital in Lucca at the church of San Giovanni. Dinner in a restaurant
- Day 5
Photographic tour of Lucca's hidden places with Tom England. Lunch in Lucca. Visit to villa Torrigiani and dinner in a restaurant
- Day 6
Departure for villa Celle, Puccini's grandfather's house. Lunch in Pescagli. Lecture in villa and slide presentation on Puccini's story with Geoff Pavitt. Dinner
- Day 7
Lunch in the historic centre of Montecarlo. Visit of the theatre and the fort of Montecarlo. Dinner at the villa. Dinner will be accompanied by the performance of a guitar duet at the table
