The Middle Ages are within your reach on two wheels on this journey through the manors that controlled the Casentino region during the time of the Guidi Counts.

Amidst history and legend, you'll pedal in the shadow of Porciano Castle, which stands proudly above the village of Stia, before being enchanted by the solitary bulk of Romena Castle, a famous attraction even mentioned by Dante Alighieri.

This itinerary through authentic Tuscany is steeped in history: every bend reveals a thousand-year-old parish church or a tower rising above the woods, giving you the feeling of being a modern-day knight discovering an enchanted kingdom.

The half-day excursion covers a distance of approximately 20 km and is classified as easy, making it suitable for all levels of fitness.
