Cancellation
and no-show policies
No-shows will be charged at full price.
“Private experiences” or “customised experiences” are fully refundable (excluding 10% of booking management) if the cancellation or modification occurs within 15 days of the experience, after which is no longer refundable in full. If the modification or cancellation occurs within 15 days before the experience, 50% will be refunded, excluding transition costs, and 10% for booking management.
