The route starts and ends near San Vincenzo, following a 31-kilometre loop with approximately 240 metres of elevation gain. It is suitable for riders looking for a relaxed experience, with a generally smooth profile and a few gentle ups and downs, especially around Populonia.
The first part of the ride runs close to the sea, offering a flowing and enjoyable section that includes a single trail through pine forest and sandy terrain, adding variety and immersion in nature.
The central section climbs towards Populonia, one of the most fascinating spots along the coast. Here you will pass through the historic village and discover landmarks such as the fortress and the Chapel of San Sebastiano, before continuing along easier and more panoramic stretches with beautiful views over the gulf.
Throughout the tour, the landscape changes continuously, alternating between coastal scenery, Mediterranean vegetation, and wide-open views, making the experience both diverse and engaging.
This route is best enjoyed at a relaxed pace, allowing time for stops at scenic viewpoints and in the village. In quieter and less serviced areas, we recommend bringing water, a snack, and a fully charged phone or active GPS, so you can enjoy the ride with complete peace of mind.

- Free cancellation: you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
- Late cancellations: for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
- Date changes: date changes are not possible. If needed, you must cancel according to the terms above and make a new booking (subject to availability and current prices).
- Extras: bookings for extras (bike and accessory rental, tastings, light lunch, other services) follow the same rules as the tour: full refund up to 24 hours before; within 24 hours of the start time or in case of no-show, the full amount is forfeited.
- Weather and trail conditions: in case of bad weather or unsafe conditions (alerts, closures, restrictions), the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons. In these cases, a refund will be issued according to the rules above; any services already started/provided are non-refundable.
- How to cancel: cancellation must be requested via the channel indicated in the booking confirmation (email/WhatsApp/phone). The time the request is received is the one that counts.
