Florence by vintage bike: secret parks and renaissance views

Once the tour is booked, you can go to our rental point to collect the bikes and start with our virtual navigation, which will guide you step by step.
This loop e-bike tour of about 11 km and 70 m of elevation gain, with an easy level, lets you discover Florence with a relaxed ride through the historic centre, parks and lesser-known neighbourhoods. The route alternates about 6 km of secondary roads, 2 km of trails, 2 km of cycle paths and 1 km of road: an almost flat and smooth combination, also suitable for those who do not cycle regularly.
After the start, the route crosses the Oltrarno and reaches the Royal Stables Gardens, before continuing towards Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. The track then follows the Arno River to San Niccolò, where the Poggi Ramps lead towards the Rose Garden, one of the best spots to stop and admire Florence from above.
The final part crosses Piazza Santa Croce, among basilicas, squares and Renaissance views, before passing through the streets of the centre and returning to the starting point. In pedestrian or more crowded sections, it may be necessary to walk the bike for a few metres.
Important – E-BIKE rental: for each bike, a €250 security deposit and the temporary deposit of an identity document will be required. Both will be returned at the end of the rental.

Cancellation
and no-show policies
- Free cancellation: you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
- Late cancellations: for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
- Date changes: date changes are not possible. If needed, you must cancel according to the terms above and make a new booking (subject to availability and current prices).
- Extras: bookings for extras (bike and accessory rental, tastings, light lunch, other services) follow the same rules as the tour: full refund up to 24 hours before; within 24 hours of the start time or in case of no-show, the full amount is forfeited.
- Weather and trail conditions: in case of bad weather or unsafe conditions (alerts, closures, restrictions), the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons. In these cases, a refund will be issued according to the rules above; any services already started/provided are non-refundable.
- How to cancel: cancellation must be requested via the channel indicated in the booking confirmation (email/WhatsApp/phone). The time the request is received is the one that counts.
