L'APPALTINO

L'Appaltino is a cozy, two-story holiday home located in the main square of Radicofani's historic center, in the heart of Val d'Orcia. 

Renovated in 2025 and overlooked from above by the historic Rocca (fortress), the property allows guests to fully experience the authentic atmosphere of the medieval village. 

The house spans two floors: the interior spaces, designed to accommodate up to 4 people (ideal for couples or small families), include comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living area. 

 The highlight of the property is the panoramic terrace directly overlooking the square, perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif while watching village life unfold. 

In addition to being just a few steps away from typical bars and restaurants, L'Appaltino is an excellent base for exploring the thermal baths of San Filippo and Bagno Vignoni, the UNESCO World Heritage villages of Pienza and Montepulciano, Mount Amiata, and the famous wine cellars of Brunello and Vino Nobile.
