For couples, two Eco-Suites. Each has a covered veranda with a private hot tub filled with salt water, air conditioning, heating and its own bathroom. Breakfast arrives in a wicker basket and you eat it on the veranda. On clear nights, the best seat for the stars is the hot tub.

For families and longer stays, three apartments in two small houses, with a fully equipped kitchen, a private garden and room outdoors for children to play.

For everyone, a panoramic salt-water pool among the olive trees, never crowded. It's the place to come back to after a morning at the Cascate del Mulino, the natural thermal pools that are free and open day and night, or after a day in the tuff towns of Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana.

We call it sleep tourism, and it starts with the night. The sky here is dark enough to see the Milky Way with the naked eye (Bortle 3-4), and the countryside goes quiet, around 25-35 decibels. Wi-Fi works and so does your phone: switching off is a choice, and here it comes easily.
