Tuscan summer really gets rolling when numerous events dedicated to national and international music start cropping up. Each year, tourists from all over the world indulge in a vacation centered on art, nature, and frequently, top-level concerts in the region.

There have also been names like Ray Charles, Eric Clapton, Elton John, Ennio Morricone and many others. In 2017, the main band performing was the legendary Rolling Stones; in 2018 Roger Waters held a concert on the historic walls of Lucca. The same year featured, among others, the Hollywood Vampires, Gorillaz, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Lenny Kravitz and Queens of the Stone Age.
