3 days dedicated to local products and flavors

Returning October 16–18 in Pisa, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, is the Terre di Pisa Food & Wine Festival—an event dedicated to the region’s agricultural, food and wine products.

Over 3 days, farms, wineries, craft breweries and local producers will showcase wines, olive oils, cheeses, cured meats, truffles, pasta, desserts, honey, preserves and spirits. An opportunity to savor and purchase the products, meet the people who make them and learn about the traditions and regions they come from.

The program includes master classes on wine, tastings led by sommeliers and experts, cooking demonstrations, workshops plus in-depth discussions, along with activities for children.

This edition focuses particularly on yeast-leavened baked goods, pizza and cecina, kicking off in conjunction with World Bread Day and National Food Day. The event schedule includes workshops focused on the art of pizza-making and dough preparation, featuring Antonio Campanella, the 2026 World Champion of Contemporary Neapolitan Pizza.

The Festival likewise looks at sustainability by promoting local products, reducing waste, using reusable or compostable tableware and reusing event setups.

The Extra Festival events round out the program with opportunities to discover Pisa and its Leaning Tower through culture, scenery and food and wine. Certain tastings, master classes and activities require advance reservation.
