From Saturday, September 17 to Sunday, September 25, LOFT 19 (Montespertoli) will host a selection of photographs from the book of the same name, "Non serviamo Fiorentine ben cotte", containing shots, stories, insights by Guido Cozzi and recipes by Greve in Chianti "explorer" butcher Stefano Bencistà Falorni. A book, a project of great charm with a common thread related to the ancient Culture of meat cooking in Tuscany.
These are the words that best describe the work "In the book you will find a travel trail through a piece of Tuscan culture. A Tuscany that tastes of salt, grass, rain-soaked earth and smoke from the oven and the fireplace. The land that saw the birth of Humanism and has always maintained a virtuous balance between History and Nature cannot fail to teach us something even when we talk about food and animals."
