The historic event dedicated to wine and local flavors contaminated with art, music and history.

Montecarlo DOC wine is the great protagonist of one of the most famous and oldest wine festivals in Tuscany. A festival that is the perfect opportunity to taste the wines of the area along with typical products and local delicacies, while attending musical performances, exhibitions and markets in the narrow and charming streets of the historic center.

The medieval village of Montecarlo is traditionally considered the center of wine production in the Plain of Lucca. From the terrace of the town square, the gaze wanders over the neat vineyards of the many wineries that have been producing the area's excellent wines since time immemorial.

Eleven days of festivities and tastings, from August 31 to September 10, among the food and wine stands set up from 8 p.m. to midnight in Piazza d'Armi, Piazza Garibaldi and the streets of the historic center.
With a glass around your neck, stroll through the streets of the village to discover the artistic beauties and monuments of this beautiful village, with spectacular views of the Plain of Lucca and the Valdinievole.

The garden of the Pellegrini-Carmignani palace hosts the Wine and Green Salon event, themed evenings with presentations of traditional dishes accompanied by wines from local wineries.
