"Azzurra Lorenzoni" Band Festival

In September, Asciano once again speaks the language of music with the 33rd edition of the “Azzurra Lorenzoni” Band Festival.

Two Sundays, two different events, united by the same passion for music and the world of marching and concert bands.

PROGRAMME:

- Sunday, September 20 – “Young” Festival
Concert by the CRETE SENESI SOUND BAND, the new youth ensemble born from the experience of the Crete Senesi Music Campus.

Where: Piazza Garibaldi, Asciano – 4:00 pm

- Sunday, September 27 – “Classic” Festival
Band Parade, with a final performance in Piazza della Basilica. 

Where: historic Centre of Asciano – 11:00 am

A great afternoon of concerts featuring guest bands from Tuscany and the Marche region, together with the “G. Verdi” Philharmonic Band of Asciano. Where: Basilica of Sant’Agata, Asciano – 4:00 pm
