Wine-making experience with gourmet dinner at a winery

Each Tuscan recipe includes olive oil in its preparation and each is paired with a specific wine. A comfortable minivan will take you among the green and splendid hills of the Chianti wine region, in the Tuscan countryside. 

Once you arrive, expert staff will welcome you and accompany you on your visit, to explain to you the sophisticated winemaking techniques and to teach you to distinguish the different aromas and flavours. It is a special and educational experience that will make you understand how different varieties of pure wines (from Sangiovese, Canaiolo grapes) are assembled to obtain the complex final products. 

After the demonstration, you will become winemakers yourself, you will create your own personal blend of wine which will be bottled for you, with a special label as a reminder of this unique experience. 

A five-course Tuscan dinner will then be served, accompanied by 5 different wines, including Chianti and Supertuscan (coming from the estate) and a typical sweet dessert wine. You will also taste the best olive oil in the region with typical unsalted bread. 

The menu may change depending on the season, but you will surely taste local cured meats and a selection of cheeses, paired with different jams and balsamic vinegar, a first course of pasta and a second course of traditional meat. 

A dessert will then be served with local sweet wine. Vegetarian options will also be available (please inform us in advance). Enjoy a relaxing break from the city chaos, learning interesting facts and secrets about Tuscan food and wine culture and tasting some high-quality products.
