It's not a dream...you'll be guests of the castle of the noble family that created the original "recipe" for Chianti, a Wine Spectator TOP 100 list five times!

You'll enter the castle walls and visit the Ricasoli family's private residence. The ghost of the Honorable Bettino "Iron Baron" Ricasoli awaits you to toast with you in the Armoury hall.

This is a very special and exclusive tour that includes a visit inside the castle, to the part that is currently the residence of the Baroni Ricasoli family, usually not accessible to the public.

The vertical tasting (impossible to taste anywhere else) of three historic vintages of Castello di Brolio Chianti Classico or three historic vintages of Casalferro (both in the annual and highly exclusive TOP 100 ranking by Wine Spectator magazine) will take place in the historic and spectacular Armoury hall.

To round off the meal in style, you will be served a classic full Tuscan lunch of five courses with a carefully selected pairing of four wines, including Castello di Brolio Chianti Classico or, at your choice, Casalferro (Wine Spectator TOP 100 wines).
