Payment and Cancellation Conditions Payment:

Initial deposit: 30% of the total amount at the time of booking confirmation.
Final balance: to be paid within 14 days before the arrival date.
Accepted payment methods*: Pay-by-link (Banca Sella), PayPal or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation with full refund.
Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: You receive a voucher equal to the deposit paid, to be used within 12 months.
Between 14 and 5 days before arrival: receive a voucher of 60% of the total, to be used within 12 months. The remaining 40% is to be considered a penalty.
Less than 4 days or no-show: no refund.
