Triboli Farm: Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil Production & Tasting

Fattoria Triboli, an organic farm that adopts organic and regenerative farming practices in Tuscany, located in the Florentine hills of Impruneta, near the Chianti, specializes in the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil using our Mori-Tem oil mill, which includes the latest technologies.

You will start with a tour of the farm. You will see both the olive groves and the lake, one of the 100 dams of Italy, the forest and the farm animals: pigs, goats, chickens and bees! Then we will go to our oil mill, where we will explain what is a good olive oil and the process of mechanical cold pressing, step by step. 

In the end, you will have the opportunity to relax enjoying the view over our olive grove and taste our genuine products and our seasonal vegetables that we produce at Fattoria Triboli.
