Our first stop is below the imposing walls of Castello di Brolio, where you can walk the vineyards and have a look at the soil and vines. We'll visit the castle gardens, learn about history of the area and enjoy a first tasting of the Black Rooster Chianti Classico wine.
Later on, we'll stop in the fortified hilltop town of Radda in Chianti, admire the ancient architecture and browse local shops. A traditional Tuscan lunch of local products will be served at a Chianti estate accompanied by a tasting of the farm’s wines.
After lunch, we'll visit a second winery where the local producer will show us around the estate, that has remained in the same family for many generations. To follow, a visit to the old cellars to learn everything about traditional wine making, farm work and lifestyle that characterize the "Chianti folk". Last but not least, we'll sit down and relax to taste some great Chianti wines.
