In case of bad weather, it will be necessary to change the date of the activity.
If the customer is unable to change the date, a refund will be made equal to 50% of the amount paid as a deposit (for the costs of opening the file). If the customer does not show up and does not cancel within 24 hours prior to the activity, he will not be refunded.
In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the reservation, a refund equal to 50% of the amount paid as a deposit (for the opening costs) will be provided if this occurs within 24 hours of the booked event. After this deadline there will be no refund.
