The first stop will be Siena, the wonderful city of medieval origin known all over the world for the Palio. You will discover the city through its most important squares and monuments: Piazza del Campo, with its shell shape, dominated by the Palazzo Pubblico and the Torre del Mangia. You will cross the streets and alleys of the rival ancient city of Florence, until you reach Piazza Duomo, home of the magnificent Gothic Cathedral where you will see the interior, enriched by the sculptural masterpieces of Bernini and Nicola Pisano. After the guided tour, you will have some free time before leaving for a characteristic restaurant or farmhouse, where you will be served a light lunch based on typical Tuscan products, enriched by a delicious tasting of local wines.
The next stop will be San Gimignano, a delightful medieval village characterized by its unmistakable 13 still intact medieval towers. Here you will have time to admire the alleys and churches of the place, and to admire the panorama that surrounds you, made of rolling hills, vineyards and olive trees. You will then cross the heart of Tuscany to reach Pisa, famous all over the world for its Leaning Tower. We will take you to the heart of the city, Piazza dei Miracoli, where, in addition to the famous tower, you can admire other architectural jewels such as the Baptistery, the Cathedral and the Monumental Cemetery, all made of the characteristic white Carrara marble. Once your free time is over, you will return to Florence at sunset, pampered by the memories of the day just passed.
