In the old stable where Chianina cattle were once raised, the farm kitchen is now located, a special place where traditional recipes and the great passion of nonna Dinda and zia Anna come back to life thanks to Ilaria and her family.
You will try your hand at preparing fresh pasta (pici, tagliatelle and gnocchi), then move on to appetizers, always different as they are made using what mamma Paola’s vegetable garden provides, and finally to the preparation of dessert.
To conclude, the course ends at the table, where you will enjoy everything that has been cooked, accompanied by a glass of good wine.
