Villa Bacio is a stunning stone farmhouse located 300 meters from the main road, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The villa features a large porch and a pergola, both equipped with wrought iron tables and chairs, a barbecue area, and a solarium. The highlight is the fantastic heated infinity pool situated on the hill, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. 

Inside, the villa boasts two spacious and luminous living areas, complete with a relaxation zone featuring sofas and a stone fireplace. There's also an entertainment area with an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, and Wi-Fi connection. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the covered porch and a terrace with direct access to the pool.  

Villa Bacio offers six beautifully furnished bedrooms: two are located on the ground floor, while the remaining four are upstairs. Some of the bedrooms are adorned with elegant four-poster beds and stone washbasins, adding a touch of traditional Tuscan style. The villa also includes a basement laundry room, fully equipped with a washer and dryer.
