Traditional Tuscan cooking lesson on a farm with zero kilometers products and lunch with the dishes prepared

This is a cooking course for people who like to learn everything about food: from culture to atmosphere to all the little tricks and tips in the kitchen.

We will take you on a journey through ingredients, introduce you to local grains such as barley and spelt, and show you where and how to locate seasonal ingredients and connect with the Tuscan cooking style. During the course, you will prepare a complete Tuscan menu, from hors d'oeuvres to dessert, including homemade pasta with zero kilometers and seasonal ingredients.

The lesson will be followed by lunch and served with the farm's best local wines.

The price quoted is valid for one person (a minimum of 2 people is required).
