Tasting of older vintages of Chianti Classico Riserva, ranked TOP 100 by Wine Spectator, at Castello di Querceto in Greve in Chianti, followed by lunch in a rustic Tuscan trattoria frequented primarily by locals.

Enter the walls and visit the Marquis' private residence, the chapel, and the Italian garden.

This will be followed by a guided tour of the winery, including both the high-tech areas and the cellars dating back to 1100 AD. (underground cellars that once housed the armory), where bottles dating back over a century are stored.

At the top of the tower, overlooking Florence and the panorama of the Chianti vineyards, an aperitif with two sparkling wines produced in Tuscany by this noble family of French origins, accompanied by appetizers.
