Are we going to the seaside or to the mountains?

Sea or mountain? This is the most frequently asked question when we are planning holidays.

Some people would never give up on a week of sun, swimming and heat. 
And other people could really relax only among wooded paths, trees and fresh air. 

We strongly believe that the best choice is to split your vacation into both sea and mountains. So we have planned two relaxing days on the beach for you, then move to Garfagnana. We will visit the Antro del Corchia, the green lake of Isola Santa, the Ariostesca Fortress of Castelnuovo and the Fortress of Mont'Alfonso. We will follow the paths of the Orecchiella Park to the Verrucole Fortress.

In the following days we will also visit Campocatino and Lake Vagli, that once dried up, the ruins of a ghost town re-emerges: the Fabbriche di Careggine.

Finally, we will return to the Versilia sun for the last two days of relaxation.
