This villa, unique in its kind, was born in a dominant and spectacular position in front of one of the most precious gems in Tuscany: Volterra, a city renowned for its art, history, and alabaster work. Immersed in an enchanted landscape rich in contrasts, atmospheres, sounds, and colors, Velari embraces elegance and luxury with a 360-degree view of the Tuscan hills; it represents the excellence of traditional and innovative Italian architecture, offering its guests an unforgettable immersive experience.

Once a small, compact rural unit built of stone, it was transformed into a designer space suspended between valleys, woods, and olive trees with the sea on the horizon. Made of the same material as the original building, stone, the villa dominates the valley and forms a whole with its territory: the juxtaposition of the sharp lines, the scenic shadows of the structure and the vastness of the panorama lead the guest to experience the history, attraction and legend of this land.

The architectural project, entrusted to the prestigious Studio Milani, is inspired by the interaction between contemporary languages and landscape: loose stone becomes a building, joining the existing one with transparent connections in Corten steel and glass. Made up of three main blocks, each in tune with the other, the villa is made up of refined design elements, where the charm of rustic is combined with the perfection of more minimal and modern lines and shapes.

The large walled garden, which surrounds the building, is surrounded by ornamental plants and features an infinity pool overlooking the valley and a Jacuzzi for moments of well-being and luxury.
