The residence Aviotel is made up of all ground floor apartments; one roomed which sleep 3, two roomed which sleep 2-6, and three roomed which sleep 7 people. They are fully furnished with a kitchen corner, a bathroom with shower, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating, private gardens equipped with sun beds, beach umbrellas, table and chairs. This is all in a complex which has: a swimming pool on three levels, TV room, store room and bicycle workshop, supermarket, traditional restaurant and bar, parking, bike, car and motorbike hire, games and ample green space for playing outside, tennis court, (baby club) mini-club, entertainment and communal barbecue. The complex is situated beside the small airport on the Island, on the plain which connects the Northern and Southern parts at its narrowest point. Some of the most attractive beaches on the island are just a few minutes drive away: the Gulf of Marina di Campo in the south, Cavoli and Fetovaia, in the north the Gulf of Marciana, Procchio, and Biodola. These are the most famous of Elba’s beaches, clean and well cared for. Some are completely natural beaches, others have bathing resorts, and there is a choice of sand or rock with fascinating sea beds. Aviotel’s guests can take advantage of discounted beach hire at the nearby "Tropical" bathing resort.
