PODERE LE CANTERIE

Set in an ancient village site, the Bio-farm "Le Canterie" originates from the renovation of an old farm and preserves key features of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse architecture. The Bio-farm is composed of 5 main buildings and surrounded by 27 hectares of olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees, nowadays organically cultivated. 

The renovation of the buildings, driven by passionate commitment, aimed to carefully protect the history of the ancient farm, retaining original structures and elements, including old beams, stones, traditional farming tools, using simple materials and warm colors, and respecting the broader architectural and landscape context which appears to be free from contamination and unchanged by the years.
