Carved out of the main farmhouse built at the end of the 1400s, the property offers charming accommodation and represents an ideal solution for those wishing to spend a holiday escaping the city chaos. The stone building reflects the typical Tuscan rural tradition, with a total area of 135 sqm spread over two levels.

Surrounded by Chianti vineyards, near the Castello di Gabbiano, the house can accommodate up to 9 people. It consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace, one double bedroom, one triple bedroom, one barrier-free quadruple bedroom, an exclusive garden with a pergola and barbecue, and an outdoor children's playground.

From the garden, which features a six-person Jacuzzi heated to 38°C, you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding vineyards.
