The Orchestra of Tuscany’s festival throughout the districts of Florence

From the Orchestra of Tuscany (ORT) comes the Musica Diffusa festival, returning for the 4ᵗʰ consecutive year, from October 1 through to November 29

Billed are 9 free concerts in the five districts of Florence, in unconventional venues including the Certosa, Palazzo Wanny, the Casa della Carità and the Auditorium of the Scuola Guicciardini. 

Among the stars of the festival are pianist Michele Campanella with Monica Leone (Mozart), Principal Conductor Diego Ceretta (Brahms and Weber), Giacomo Bianchi (Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons), Conductor Matteo Parmeggiani (Mozart), and various ORT ensembles in original projects ranging from Pino Daniele, Rondò Veneziano and Boccherini to Berio and Puccini.
