Returning to Florence for May 22 to 24 is the great festival dedicated to families and children.
During the days of the event, Florence will be buzzing with hundreds of events (performances, games, workshops, readings, concerts), all with free admission, aimed at children up to 12 years old.
This latest edition will be dedicated, to mark the bicentenary of his birth, to Carlo Lorenzini (better known as Collodi, who lived and is buried in Florence) and his great imagination, with particular reference to his Pinocchio.
The theme invites us to explore—in a creative and accessible way for young children—the relationship between truth and lies as a fundamental step along the journey of growing up, through free initiatives spread around urban spaces and designed for children and families.
The activities, all with free participation, will take place in different urban spaces around the city of Florence, which for the occasion will be transformed into inviting hubs where multiple initiatives will converge.
