All the flavors of Garfagnana in one event
Garfagnana Terra Unica is a journey through flavors, delights and traditions, an experience to be enjoyed with the whole family.
On November 8–9 and November 15–16, in the tensile structure in Piazzale Chiappini in Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, a food festival offering the most popular Garfagnana dishes will be held with the participation of the associations that organize the summer village fairs.
Many events are scheduled over the 2 weekends: a farmers’ and crafts market, livestock exhibition, guided tours and hikes, talks and cooking shows, music and folk groups. A tourist train will connect Piazzale Chiappini to the historic center, where the extraordinary market will also be set up on both Sundays.

On Saturday, November 8, there will also be an extra special event: a concert by the Apuan Alps Choir at the Teatro di Castelnuovo.
