Cancellation
and no-show policies
Cancellation must be notified within 48 hours prior in writing to receive a full refund.
In case of cancellation notified from 48 hours prior to the tour departure, the tour operator will give to the customer the following options:
- voucher for the tour or activity that can be used by a third party
- voucher for the tour or activity that can be used in a different date (to be agreed)
- refund of the 70% of total amount.
If you have not cancelled your reservation and are not present at the agreed time of your tour you are not entitled to a refund.
