Lapo and Ilaria will teach you the traditional methods used to produce and age pecorino, a cheese typical of several areas of Tuscany. During the experience, you will also learn how to make two other types of cheese with your own hands: raveggiolo and ricotta.
A different and authentic experience, during which you can visit the farm and see its animals up close, such as the rooster and hens, geese, ducks and, of course, the sheep whose milk is used to produce the cheeses featured in this activity.
To conclude, a tasting is included featuring Tuscan bruschetta, pecorino cheeses, pasta and ricotta with jam, all accompanied by a good wine.
