This e-bike tour is the perfect blend of history, nature, and adventure, taking you on a scenic ride between two of Tuscany’s most famous cities. From the majestic walls of Lucca to the legendary Leaning Tower of Pisa, you’ll uncover stunning landscapes, ancient aqueducts, and centuries of history along the way.

The tour begins in Lucca, right in front of the train station, where we hop on our e-bikes and cycle along the famous Renaissance walls that encircle the city. These 4.2 km-long fortifications, built between the 16th and 17th centuries, now serve as an elevated park offering spectacular views over Lucca’s historic center, dotted with medieval towers and elegant piazzas.

After leaving Lucca, we take a picturesque cycle path along the Serchio river, a safe and peaceful route that makes up the first half of our journey. As we approach Pisa, we pass by quiet country roads, eventually reaching one of the most fascinating historical monuments in the region: the Ancient Medici Aqueduct. Built in 1613 under Grand Duke Cosimo II de' Medici, this extraordinary aqueduct with its 934 arches once transported water from the slopes of Monte Pisano to the heart of Pisa.

Upon arrival in Pisa, we will park our bicycles in a safe area and take a short walk to the ancient city walls, where we can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Piazza dei Miracoli.
