and no-show policies

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
Date changes are not possible. If needed, you must cancel according to the terms above and make a new booking (subject to availability and current prices).
Extras: bookings for extras (bike and accessory rental, tastings, light lunch, other services) follow the same rules as the tour: full refund up to 24 hours before; within 24 hours of the start time or in case of no-show, the full amount is forfeited.
Weather and trail conditions: in case of bad weather or unsafe conditions (alerts, closures, restrictions), the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons. In these cases, a refund will be issued according to the rules above; any services already started/provided are non-refundable.
Cancellation must be requested via the channel indicated in the booking confirmation (email/WhatsApp/phone). The time the request is received is the one that counts.
