Discover the secrets of fresh Italian pasta with a chef, preparing two traditional Tuscan shapes: tagliatelle and pici. During the class, you will learn how to make the dough, roll it out by hand and finish it with authentic traditional sauces.
After the cooking session, a wine expert will guide you through a tasting of Poggio ai Laghi wines, exploring their connection with the local territory. The experience concludes with a full lunch or dinner, during which you will enjoy the pasta you have prepared, paired with a selection of wines.
