Cooking class in Lucca followed by a tasting experience

The aperitivo represents a very important social moment in Italy, especially for young people. You will learn how to prepare a fruit-based alcoholic drink paired with quick and tasty dishes that you can recreate at home. 

During the cooking class, you will learn 5 appetizer recipes

  • Fried pizza dough, delicious with cheeses and cured meats
  • Fried polenta, crunchy and enjoyable at any time
  • Bruschetta with tomatoes and "fettunta" (made with a special local tomato and extra virgin olive oil)
  • Ricotta and ham mousse, fresh and delicate, perfect with polenta and fried dough
  • Cold farro salad: the highlight of the dinner, made with fresh vegetables and extra virgin olive oil 

Afterward, enjoy a tasting of the dishes prepared during the lesson, accompanied by: 

  • Prosecco purchased directly from the producer
  • Dessert
